White bread made with white rice flour.  While the sourdough taste is not real strong the texture is great.  It is made in a bread machine so it is not the usual shape of a store-bought loaf.  Because gluten free baked items do not have a long shelf live, I suggest you slice and freeze within a couple of days and then take out slices as need.

  • Ingredients:  White rice flour, water, sour cream, eggs, potato starch, dry milk powder, honey, tapioca flour, avocado oil, xanthan gum, salt, apple cider vinegar.  SOURDOUGH START:  Water, white rice flour, yeast.
