The only flour used in this carrot cake is almond flour. It is very moist and flavorful. You can get it as a layer cake or sheet cake. On the layer cake you can either have it fully iced or just icing in the middle and top (not on sides). Do to the restrictions of my Cottage Food license it does not have a cream cheese icing, but rather a vanilla icing that is cream cheese flavored.
